QUOTE(Azuma-kun @ Apr 4 2011, 06:44 AM) I only can say, i enjoy the sound after 4.8k rpm You using K&N or just normal ones? I ask the seller, they keep tell me no good. But i see a lot of people using. Now my car is like very hard to rev at high rpmEasier to maintain the needle at high rpm, low end torque is same. Overall, high rpm is better than drop in. |

QUOTE(ahpaul82 @ Apr 7 2011, 06:13 PM) HLSF adjustable even though you adjust to softest setting also very stiff one... I am using HLSF from AR racing. HWL make the whole thing for them and AR Racing is just a brand i think. Cause everything is the same. The stiffness is based on what spring you use. I never know adjustable is so much better than sport spring. I tune everything to the softess and my car if i'm alone its just like stock. Hahaha... But if you tune front hard and rear soft, cornering best and it wont be that hard. I am using 5 k front and 4 k rear. Dont compress the spring, dori dori did help me to adjust the spring and leaving some free space for it. It feels more comfort and my car will not bounce when go on normal road...my fren who working in Kakimotor offer me very good price on GAB SS series adjustable... just extra RM9xx compare to HWL can get GAB SS Series. |

QUOTE(singchaii @ Apr 7 2011, 09:32 PM) COnfirm will have bouncy (angkut kepala) feel when speeding on highway. It called stiff shock characteristic. Even you use 4k front 3k rear you still facing bouncy. No matter how you tune, you can't get the feel like normal absorber. Because the adjustable alone is more stiff that stock absorber. Furthermore with adjustable absorber the fastest you drive the hardest the adjustable is. So better you tested it first before you getting a adjustable absorber. True. Went back to Johor and drive around 160km/h average because gf beside so cannot speed... If the road is even then ok, if a bit uneven only you will jump. Hahaha... Thats why after adjustable, bucket seat is needed. But you can play at highway with that speed.. very nice... it gives adrenalin to overtake cars at 160 and keep slicing them one by one ... nicenice.. once in a while la..With some UR bar + sport suspension, you can get handling which can par with adjustable. |

QUOTE(singchaii @ Apr 8 2011, 12:18 AM) Yes. If road nice, then you feel nice.. But malaysia road, where got road nice unless inside a track? Was laughing at those with stiff suspension last time when going through uneven road. Now i am the one blocking the whole road. 20km/h you can feel if there's a small little stone hit your tire..haha.. if he speed, mean 200kmh above. |
