right click on desktop,then click nvidia control panel.then go to 'manage 3d setting'.look for program to customize.find ur preferred web browser then select Integrated Graphics under preferred graphics processor.that should make ur web browser uses integrated graphics everytime u run it.if u use global settings it will switch to dedicated gpu when u viewing youtube.cause my chrome turns back to auto-assign whenever i set it to integrated
