Hie.. i've juz wondering as to whether any of you all know where to get those black pad that wrapped around those barbell? Planning to buy one long type of it to wrap the barbell for the purpose of doing squat cuz the new gym that I've just joined, they don't have a barbell with those black pad wrapped causing the part between my neck and back pain whenever i do squat with it
Thanks a lot! |

Real men don't use pads. Just saying. Lol.
*I don't think they sell the pad separately, usually it comes with the barbell. Just wrap a towel around it a few layers as improvisation? This post has been edited by John91: Feb 11 2011, 01:43 AM |

The previous gym that I go, they do have those pad wrapped on the barbell specifically for people to do squats, and it did reduce the pain.
I'll check it out at egonutritions then. Thanks a lot |
