Last Sunday i bought from PDA expert ..
Price : RM 2299 but manage to nego a bit.. ask them to add 16GB microSD + Pentech Bluetooth
total damage : RM 2299 (Sensation) + RM 50 (microSD + Bluetooth) = RM2349
and convert it to 12 month 0% installment
If Compare to Senheng :
RM 2299 - 30 + 85 + 12 = RM 2366 with Extra Car charger
Still senheng better bcos ori HTC car charger = RM100++ i think

QUOTE(rx8maniac @ Jun 10 2011, 03:44 PM) totally understand bro, its really tempting too hard to resist hahah.. True.. being reading the news since the Pyramid's rumours then suddenly it came from nowhere and make it appearence in Malaysia.. too excited that time and with my previous phone already 5 years old that time (ASUS P525) which make a good reason for me to move on with Android.

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Jun 10 2011, 04:05 PM) 5yrs old?!? ok la... in that case, i continue to use my phone first... lol... No money maa ... at that time P525 was almost RM2600 but it was good investment till now it's still working GREAT!!! but already outdated (most of my friend says "Ohh.. still using stylus aaa" ) QUOTE(jasonbourne222 @ Jun 10 2011, 04:17 PM) will do bro hey bro, u might wanna try and install this app..everything u need in details..its called "quick setting" very reliable to me.. and now in just 6 hours..my batt is about 35% left..which is sad...hurry up MUGEN!!!!!!!! Mine.. yesterday clocked in 1 day 15 hours till 2% left (Only with Wifi ON and OFF every 30 mins, screen dim to the lowest, only 2G) and today the battery getting better and better .. 93% left for 9 hours (same setting)

QUOTE(jasonbourne222 @ Jun 10 2011, 04:40 PM) bro, if i apply the same setting..everything 2g, lowest brightness..only 10 mins calls a day..then i would have to ask myself 10,000 times later on why the hell did i get a blardy smartphone in the first place? Yup, that setting only fit my need .. as for normal user like me, 2G is enough bcos i've got WIFI almost everywhere at my working place and at home.. as for me 24 hours connected is not needed, just OK to get updated during working hours .. later on will subscribe for data plan if i need to

Is there anyway to change sound notification for exchange email. I know that android uses default notification for that but when i change the default notification sound, the exchange email notitication still remains the same. Sound like "tringgg" ------------------------ Nevermind, got it already This post has been edited by Cyberman2: Jun 10 2011, 11:49 PM

QUOTE(Andrew Lim @ Jun 16 2011, 09:56 PM) HTC really needs to invest in some larger and better batteries, or tone down Sense usage. Source: GSMArenaI think this is not quite accurate bcos my sensation can survive 4 hours continous surfing with 70% battery until it reach 8%. Of course with wifi

QUOTE(pluginbaby @ Jun 19 2011, 06:10 PM) there might be duplicates somewhere. It works like this, u add someone to ur phonebook (attach google account as an example) then whatsapp will notify u there is a match, we would link it ait? now u have deleted and u re-added the contact in the google account and not whatsapp.. so it will be double and appear number.. my advice, search for the duplicates, delete all then add "only one" of the number then reboot.. should be fine.. sry explained too long, can be shorter but im talkative.. lol mine is fine already, 2 weeks n battery calibration seems fine but still stuck at 100% quite long until start drops normally.. havent tried papago but why use papago when we have htc navigation which is better i believe? Papago map is up to date (using malfreemap) whiile htc map is a bit out dated but in term of user friendly htc is the winner This post has been edited by Cyberman2: Jun 19 2011, 07:18 PM

QUOTE(idesmond @ Jun 20 2011, 04:36 PM) Yea.. no choice but to plug in the USB. The moment that happens.. the phone auto charges. I think the reason im getting quite good numbers is due to my screen not actively turned on most of the time when using apps or games. Added on June 20, 2011, 4:38 pmThats awesome stuff! Better than anyone of us i think. You're the official Sensation Battery King™ now hahha.. got such title meh .. my result did not appear as official battery performance as i only use my sensation on WIFI and with 2G but somehow today the battery acts differently, normally after 11am, it will reduce from 100% to 99%.. but today until 3.30pm it stays at 100% i was a bit worry bcos happened once to my previous phone as battery stays at certain % for long time, at the end battery kong

QUOTE(jasonbourne222 @ Jun 20 2011, 05:15 PM) what the hell?? how did you get to do this? are you sure?? no calls or nothing? well in that case ur basically running standby mode i guess..maybe thats why its possible Voice call just for a couple of minutes, and yes normally my phone always in my pocket only turn on the screen to read if new email or news rss pop in (maybe for 24 minutes as displayed in Display % detail). I dont use my phone so much during working hour (especially morning), got a lot of work to do . BUT as i mentioned previously the battery acts differently today

QUOTE(Haruji Sora @ Jun 20 2011, 05:38 PM) Yeah I noticed sensation saves a hell lot of power when leaving the phone on standby, regardless if your WiFi is on or not. I once achieved like 8 or 9 hours time and the batt life stays at 100% too. Yup, it has been stated in Engadget review QUOTE Our testing, however, showed the Sensation to be more efficient when not actively in use -- which, even for intensive smartphone users, tends to be the majority of the time -- granting it a higher ceiling for battery life Source : http://www.engadget.com/2011/05/27/htc-sensation-review/
