I encounter this problem during the loading screen and after.
I pressed find match and after the countdown, i saw my opponent was a "Terran" at the loading screen.
But when the real game starts and i scouted his base, he was a zerg!

There is no way to change yr race during the 3 sec countdown. (Ladder Match)

Anyone encounter this before?

I remember encountered once. I think Blizzard accidentally put the changeling script into the loading screen code.

Because i thought he was a terran, i dint wall off, when i scouted his base can see 6 pool rush. too late

It might really be a bug. I guess your opponent actually chose Terran, but ended up with Zerg, he was confused too but he thought 6-pool rush might work since you won't wall off.
