After Shelvey's injury we could have done with Adam in midfield. Spearing is out as well. Poulsen should get some playing time and maybe Conor Coady perhaps?

QUOTE(hfi @ Feb 11 2011, 01:16 AM) Coady is a good shout indeed, he's quite an athelete and is highly regarded in the Academy. Don't forget there's also Suso, whose been trained to play in CM this season. ahh yes Suso..but just have a feeling Coady will nudge it since he did represent England U19's midweek, at least he has that little bit of experience of playing on a bigger stage compared to Suso but i wouldnt mind at all if Suso is selected..afterall both of them are quite highly rated in the AcacemyThis post has been edited by triple02: Feb 11 2011, 01:39 AM |

Agger is a class lad. his interview says alot about who he is. The best part in the interview was that he said "we were shit"
He is vital to how we play, hope that he stays injury free after all the injury he's had over the years. Lucas as well, i took sometime to read about him, his upbringing and his interviews are so genuine, i wonder how some people in our camp can bring themselves to hate him. jeez.. QUOTE(Max_07s @ Feb 11 2011, 11:33 AM) dont think so mate, if u follow liverpool match this season, he's one of the good and consistent liverpool player in the field. he does a good dirty job. but under the KD we can see more from him Wasnt Roy sacked? that turd wouldnt have the dignity to resign without getting his payoff.Added on February 11, 2011, 11:35 am eheheh. yes, he leaves. thats y fans respect him, no need to wait until owner to sack him. ofcourse he receives a lot of pressure to step down and he took it by mutual between owner and him. if he has a lot of ego, he will waits until owner to sack him |

I see your post was deleted, I know quite a number of civil and knowledgeable in here but quite frankly you sir are an embarrassment to the club you support. Roy Carroll This post has been edited by triple02: Feb 11 2011, 03:02 PM |

great discussion going on here guys
I just made up by the progress of our youth team, I heard Coady, Sterling, Flanaghan, Robinson are all included in the Europa League squad to travel to Prague for the match. I saw the video of Sterling uploaded here, that kid reminds me so much of Barnes! hope he is indeed JB Mk II lots of time for him to come through hope we wont be rushing him in. Our future looks definitely bright..We have found a new NO.9 who wont be harboring hopes of returning back back to his home country after a few season's and if by any Suarez leaves we have ready mate replacements in Suso and Sterling to come in.nice. |

QUOTE(Savado89 @ Feb 16 2011, 06:51 PM) First u reply wrongly to my post without understanding the content, now u try to divert the topic. Either you're a troll or you're a fan.. but the bold statement alone I cant tell which is which.. shows the fan that you are...Im not playing the moral high ground card here but no one (no Liverpool fans ive came across) quit supporting Liverpool Football Club no matter how dross we play. So if we go back to playing dross, you'll quit football again? Being critical of how we play..YES.. Pathetic bunch u are.i can pin point many of ur short comings but i m not gonna do that.i dont resort to personal attacks. when u started supporting liverpool?when torres signed?get a life kid.the fact that i m still posting and reading posts here shows that i still care for liverpool. i have no time to argue with ppl like u who shoot off their mouth without understanding the post. Added on February 16, 2011, 6:58 pm Well, tell you what boy.i quit football in 2004 when i was sick of shit and dross football.i came back.we won the champions league. So i suggest u shut the f up. why dont u go back to ur forums instead of trolling here?typical manc scum thinking they are better than everyone.you think ur so called supporters will be loyal if u didnt win any titles?Get a life and stop trolling in other football club forums.pathetic loser. but quitting and then coming back when Liverpool won the Champions League, what makes better a fan than every other glory hunter out there? or in your words "typical manc scum thinking they are better than everyone.you think ur so called supporters will be loyal if u didnt win any titles" and indeed based on your nick name if that was the year you were born. I'd suggest to you take a look in the mirror yourself first before calling other people kid or boy If you dont treat people with respect then dont expect you to be respected either. my 2 cents or whatever its worth. No point of blaming one single player...The entire team played quite bad today..Reina had a shocker..the ever reliable Carra had a shocker. Skrtel being outmuscled by Cole for the 3rd goal..
The whole team played nonchalantly in the first half, pinging balls side to side and contempt to invite pressure, Liverpool only started playing after the 80th minute..too late tragically. I hate the stupid camera angle at Upton Park |

QUOTE(Nels @ Feb 27 2011, 11:50 PM) their determination is nowhere near 'we really need to win this' Exactly..is like they been playing it casually instead of seriously. We didnt play like we wanted to win it. The only player that could be arsed was Suarez. as i mentioned earlier no point of blaming a single player when Gerrard didnt show up, Meireles was out of sorts and the constant hoof ball. West Ham played it and they won congrats to them. |

I was Noble,Parker,Hitzelsperger to handle Lucas ,while Gerrard was roaming and Meireles was replaced by an out of position Cole.
What do people expect? |

QUOTE(koolspyda @ Mar 7 2011, 11:53 AM) they got what they deserved, to me they approached the game slightly a tad too arrogant (some call it extreame confidence), to the extend of underestimating the freeble Llc midfield. At times, we tried to match their slick passing by a couple of back heel passing by meireles, suarez but never we were in the same league as them. Manu players i guess took their eye of the capabilities of suarez on his mini run inside for our 1st goal. they never shook him out & allowed suarez to stroll into position. (only later suarez never had another look in thereafter in later part of the game) Hey Koolspyda..kuyt 2nd goal was all nani's fault. he knew it. he probably wanted a straight into "treatment" room so that he can escape the wrath of ferguson. suarez freekick that led to the 3rd goal again, was all manu players not agreesive in paying attention to players. over confidence. & we were no better in allowing the manu goal later in the game. it took a slight shine of our win, cause it showed we still have much to do as we too can lapse in concentration. I hope we take each next matches up seriously as we could in the first half against manu cause we deffinately need the CL spot if any of the teams on top of us slip up. the title is still for Manu to lose. they showed they won more, loss less then any other team in EPL, They may have 1 game more (then arsenal) but it boils down if gunners have the grit to win against teams even if they hve to fight 3rd forces interfering. of course all neutrals wishes arsenal to win the title, i would too if it mean having ferbegas being kept satisfied. he's too good of a player lost to the spanish league. good win for us last night but there is still much work ahead & best wishes to lilredriding hood. we met up at the library@Ecuve/Myrawk event. You and lilred were there? which one was you guys? I was the one in white Carlsberg jersey last season's 3rd away kit Great match, great atmosphere at Anfeld, The entire song singing Happy Birthday for Kenny.. fantastic! QUOTE(koolspyda @ Mar 7 2011, 12:29 PM) i was with my wife in the front at the open viewing. We were sitted at the high stool. I too was in the LFc white calsberg away (few seasons back away jersey). lilred was in the group of 4 just in front of me. He knew me from cars events & intro'ed himself over.
