right now u can just take Airasia to london and take a bus to Liverpool. the bus ride should be 40-50 quid. it just a matter of what you want to experience that will cost the doe.

QUOTE(daidzz @ Feb 12 2011, 08:11 PM) Haha nah it'd be a lot cheaper than that by bus. A return train ticket from london euston would be about £38 and takes 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend taking the bus because it'd take like 4 hours from london and you'll be really tired after - unless you're running on a really tight budget. I'd recommend to book a train but early. Book Atleast 3 weeks - 6 weeks before your journey. lol well yea. was in the UK last 2 years and didnt get the chance to go up northwest. a friend reccomended me the bus though, but yea, someone told me the train was much more comforting. planning to go next season. i have a friend there workin as a dr. Nik Hazleigh. If it's not a huge number of people I wouldn't mind volunteering to get you guys the tickets. But don't forget, the larger the number of people the less likely it is for tickets to be available. Also, it's a lot easier to get tickets (especially for larger groups) if you pick a stand other than the Kop. Anyway, let me know if you guys end up making plans as I'll be in the UK all year except for April, December and the summer. Hope you guys end up going because it truly is a wonderful experience. I remember my first game at anfield - Liverpool 1 - 1 Middlesbrough two seasons ago, we were down 0-1 when mido scored in the 70th minute. Then carragher had a deflected shot go in on the 83rd minute. Then good ol' Stevie G scored on the 94th minute and anfield went wild Still doesn't beat the Liverpool 4-4 Arsenal though, that was the most amazing experience, bloody arshavin!! Hopefully Suarez starts and scores today, that'd be great COME ON YOU REDS anyways, ENJOY the KOP! YNWA |

i disagree ngog is playing badly yesterday. he was creating space and chances.
i was only dissappointed in maxi and kuyt yesterday, especially maxi. kuyt might had a burnout from the wednesdays friendly but maxi was fresh. instead of putting maxi, i'd rather we play dani pacheco yesterday, coz i think he'll do a great job in creating chances. |
