Hi all,

I have a question about Phenom II X2 555BE unlock...

If after I have successful unlocked the processor using a mainboard that supports core unlock and turn it into 4 cores, can I move the processor to a non-unlockable AM3 mainboard? Will it be usable & running on 4 cores?

Thanks for the answer.  smile.gif

Thats is considered as overclocking and its unlocked data is saved to the mainboard's CMOS.If you move to a unlockable board,it remains 2 core while it uses different CMOS nod.gif
