hi all just wondering

what is the amount that you paid for ur first month unifi bill...

i applied ONLINE on "Date: Mon, Jan 3, 2011 at 3:46 PM"
and my unifi is installed/activated on Jan 17 2011

Attached Image

this is the amount i needed to pay...

Attached Image

and this is the breakdown...

from what i understand when i applied online.. i should get 1 month free which is equal to 149

as my installation is in mid of jan.. so the rate is prorated to the amount of 72.10
but why are they giving me a discount of 85.14 rather than the full 1 month free amount ???

or i should just go to tmpoint and shut and kick table and throw chairs ?? tongue.gif heheheh

Yes, mine is the same as yours. What I don't like is we need to pay one month in advance...I called customer service and she told me this is so, and nothing can be done as we don't pay any deposit, hence this make it like a prepaid, rather than a postpaid. In next Feb bill, there will be March charge and so on.

Their so called One Month free subscription is so misleading. I already registered online and schedule to install on the 20th Feb. Wonder whether they will need to drill my condo or not as its high rise building.....

no drilling one lah, unless u wanna do some complicated wiring. VDSL uses your existing phone line from the riser to your unit.
