Design- Neo Hybrid come with two component, inner silicone & frame. Ultra Hybrid just come with one.

Feel- Ultra Hybrid is more matte feel, Neo Hybrid is some kind smooth touch

Colour- Ultra Hybrid come with more attractive colour range. Neo Hybrd is traditional Hybrid Series colour.
