My friend already bought it, it's the xbox's version. My gold already expired but his is still on so I tried it on his console. Seriously, the driving is no good. It's like driving in those open world games like gta and mafia. It has 3 types of driving; full assist, medium and hardcore. Hardcore which is supposed to give you the 'simulation' driving is a joke.

Yes, there is cockpit view and other stuff like winding the window, signaling and putting up roof if you're driving a convertible. After trying again, I kinda like the other stuff but driving is where I dislike the most. Also, online is very laggy, could be the local connection though.
