May I know how long is the warranty? Is it a year only?

Then say the speakers get spoiled after a year due to the loose wires. Is it still possible to send the unit to Edifier for help?
Of course I dont mind being charged

any problems actually, not just concerning loose wires (or you could say the contacts or the wires are loose already).

And what do you meant that you need to look at the problem first? Of course you need to look at the problem in the first place to repair it. Or is there a special condition of rules where the speakers are to be repaired or not?

And does the warranty covers all problems? Let me give you a situation:
A friend of mine came over and saw my new M3300. He decides to start playing around with it by playing some really loud musics and games as much as the dial could turn. But because it speakers are new, their "drums" are still stiff. Next thing you know the speaker breaks and thus no sound. So technically it's my fault, so does the speaker gets repaired for warranty (as in free?)?

Hm,,,
I've been waiting for a short review of this speaker for nearly a week... Or at least a comparison with another speaker of "nearly" the same class such as R401, E3100 and X600.
Any articles online so far? Kinda stuck at home studying for finals right now sad.gif.

From your statement, I can summarise that
e3100-clarity is good at sub-RM200 but cannot rival M3300 at higher then RM200 price range
X600- of course, that's what it's for, base. But their base tend to be loud but not "precise" as what I've read compared to R401
R401- near precise base presentation, but not as good as M3300?

So overall, M3300 wins in clarity compared to e3100 and performs better then R401. In other words =We have a winner!!

I notice that the sats are thin, I know it has already been discuss about using a different kind of magnet (I dont know the technical terms here, so bear with me).
I though those normal sats with wooden enclosure are suppose to represent music more naturally? I remember reading one article on how to stuff cottons inside the sats wooden closure to improve its sound presentation.

And thanks for your time for the previous question biggrin.gif. Are you a full time staff at Edifier show room? Might be coming over only 2 weeks later. Right now not in the Klang VAlley region.
