Very proud of Ancelotti for having the balls to drop 'big' players. Kudos to him!

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Mar 11 2011, 04:06 PM) New !! Old news bro PA with plenty of power The name Marina Granovskaia will not mean anything to football supporters. But it means a lot to agents and power-brokers at the leading clubs; for she is emerging as one of the most influential people in the game. Granovskaia is Roman Abramovich’s PA at Chelsea and the decision was made some time ago to relocate her from Stamford Bridge to the training ground at Cobham. Granovskaia has become a hugely influential figure. Indeed it was she who was the conduit for Chelsea’s two big transfer deals of the January window — the signing of Fernando Torres and David Luiz — rather than the club’s sporting director Frank Arnesen. |

Very happy with our play so far. Everyone working hard, as they should be. Very refreshing to see Torres at the half line making tackles
Kalou's playing really well too. Overall, good performance so far, just lacking the final touch. |

QUOTE(krk24 @ Apr 6 2011, 09:38 PM) Err, is that even a valid question? But seriously, I think we might just nick it tonight. One thing's for sure, we'll be going out there with all guns blazing(that's the plan at least..). We need a victory, then we'll keep it tight at Old Trafford. Whatever happens, KTBFFH! |

Impressed with Benayoun. His delicate touches and flicks are what we need really badly right now.
Torres was a foot away from scoring numerous times. He'll come good soon enough. Drogba played really well today, happy to see the Drogs back in action. Nice to see Alex make an appearance as well. I've missed him Other than the goal, I felt Malouda was still sub-par. He couldn't get his crosses in. Ferreira was a stepup from Bosingwa IMO. |

Price is an issue as well. We can't just keep going around buying players of that calibre without thinking twice. Selling Malouda and Anelka isn't going to get us too much of our money back either.
Marin might be ok, but Robben and Kaka may be just out of our reach. Just my two cents, open for criticism |
