I'm trying to convert some WMV videos and this is the first time using Xvidpsp. But after selecting video file, change format to MP4 iPhone or Touch and then click on Encode, it starts with volume gain detecting, and for half an hour it is still less than 1%. It is moving but like 0.2%.... 0.3%....

Using Win7 with i5, 8GB ram, 8800GT. So what went wrong?
