I wanted to build some muscle and get slightly better than average people body. I am 173cm and 80KG. My friend recommended me to get GNC AMP MASS XXX and take it while doing the workout. He advised me to take it 30min after breakfast, then 30min before and after workout. Lastly take it before goto sleep. GNC sales person advise differently. Take in between meal (breakfast,lunch and dinner), on workout day take in after workout.
I see significant muscle increased in my fren body. He started to lift weight about 3 months ago. He is 170cm,74kg after bulking and 78kg before that. From wat i read, the products will make u gain weight. I dun want to gain fat. I am afraid to gain more than 80KG without lean muscle. My fren has recommended me to follow his workout schedul (6 days a week n different muscle group each day)
Any advices?
