Not sure whether can run malsingmaps or even malfreemaps or not. Bcos the latest Garmin NUVI already started to kill of or put more restriction on communities mappsing esp malfreemaps..

Gone liao..In future no more symbian..but I believe they might still supoort on bug fixing & etc till certain time.
Ovistore will be integrate to Microsoft market place, Ovimaps will be main Microsoft mapping app & Nokia will develop whatever hardware & software based on WP7 from my rough reading... Ovimaps already free since ~ 2008 liao lor..
And in future, the maps will be part of microsoft main mapping software as well. So not so worry on ovimaps....only worry of no more app & updates on the older Symbian platform.. |

looking on the brighter side, Nokia might develop WP7 to the best WP7 platform too.. Those clumsy lousy file trf, lack off App & etc in WP7 might be the past after Nokia...

That's is what we worry lor..Chances is NO-lor...After this we need to choose either going for:

In future all Nokia will be WP7 liao. Well look on brighter side.. Nokia going to tranform WP7 from those fugly WP7 ui or even functionalities...You will get a better 12MP camphone too on nxt Nokia WP7...Well hop[efully as lotsa Winmo fanboyz looking forward now... If you're game on Camera, but worry of Symbian updates.. Yeah temporary stop looking at N8 but on Android hor most opf their camera are lousy...except Motorola milestone, & sony Xperia.
So check 1st the cam spec otherwise wait for Nokia WP7 lor..I belive (Not sure too) they will launched a replacement for N8 using WP7 platform sooner.. Yeah..After testing iphone few times, except for their appss, quick booting & smooth touchscreen..The functionalities of this fon is the worst man..Can't BT trf file, can't copy/paste & etc..fail man..

Crazy meh..Even DSLR photo size never reach such size..Mine without Ah Chan mod only ~ 1.5mb for 12mp..Even 3MB too big liao ..Your 16GB sure full fast wth 9mb/pic
