QUOTE(qwerty79 @ Feb 10 2011, 10:35 PM) I found that N8 can't play some movie specially those with more 2Gb size. Probably becoz unsupported codec. But for tv series, so far don't have problem even for 720p. container and codec are two different things...do some googling and you will understand more... |

QUOTE(nicks @ Feb 11 2011, 01:25 PM) i believe nokia aim to partnership with windows in making perfect smartphones. i guess symbian still remain maybe for their mid range model or below. it is smart move actually to do collaboration with microsoft. microsoft still new platform for phone. meanwhile nokia see advantage if they start partnership with them. never play with those wp7 phone b4 so can't comment much... but the wp7 do have great UI experience is it?? only is the functionality it lack of lots of things that symbian have... so who know what might come out after the blend... its perfect if we can see windows and symbian together. imagine for symbian lover that everyday using windows 7 to sync their phone. then have option to install software in phone or using phone to navigate pc. dont u all think it is perfect blend after all? p/s: just my 2 cents or my point of view |

QUOTE(luckyhillkop @ Feb 11 2011, 01:30 PM) yup true, that is one possibility. if they continue symbian, this partnership cud be a good thing. like u sed technology transfer cud make symbian a lot better. so as long as they dont kill symbian i dont care if they want to even use iOS or bada. kill meego all u want, just don't kill symbian. wahhh... die hard symbian fan detected... |
