Entertaining question is one thing, repeated entertaining or rather replying common sense is another thing.

Eg: Why do I need to pay deposit? (To prevent you from FFK)
Why is it not ready stock? (Read it is called "Custom Mat" for a reason)
I can't understand why you can't come all over to my place to deliver. (Ok, by the time I deliver to you, I will also shift the entire Champ Elysees in front of your place)

Hi there, sorry to say that I do not do postage.

Previously I did postage but client complained it is too expensive, but they do not know that the mat is heavy. Postage fees calculation, they compare the weight against the volumetric ratio, and take whichever is higher.
