Well i wanted to delay my ptptn loan during my Diploma study because i am advancing my study to degree level.

The penangguhan form requires me to state the amount of money i borrowed during my DIPLOMA studies. What are the ways i can use tocheck the amount of money i owed PTPTN? And, what are the documents i need to attach onto the penangguhan form? is Diploma certificate, Diploma transcript, Degree enrollment letter sufficient to support my delay application?

Thanks in advance!

the amount of money .. u can count by urself .. each semester how much did u get .. multiply with ur number of semester..

example of mine
rm2500 x 6 = 15000

that is the total amount of money that i borrowed ..

if i not mistaken [I]
u dont need to attached any doc with the penangguhan form ..
just send the penangguhan form itself ..
u may refer back with ur HEP (hal ehwal pelajar) or u may directly call ptptn ..

I know it is possible to check the transaction history for the balance owed but i want make sure the balance given from PTPTN is accurate as the statement in their account. Thats why i need an official balance inquiry of my PTPTN loan.

even if there's an official balance inquiry, won't they give you the same figure as what is in their system ^^"
Can't you calculate yourself how much you borrowed?

Well because i got my Ptptn loan at my 2nd sem during my diploma. When my form got approved, it is stated that i will be given rm16k loan but i only gotten 12k from them. It's already 6 months since i graduated. That is why i want an official balance inquiry of my Ptptn.
