Map is always the greatest factor in game, no matter for Bronze/Silvers till those ppl in GSL final, everyone has their favorite and worst map. so i wonder why till now theres no an official thread for map discussion yet.

here is my screenshot and to be entirely honest, i was SUPER SURPRISED by my last 25 map statistics.....

4-0 on Xel Naga Cavern
6-0 on Delta Quadrant (wtf....)
1-2 on Meta
1-2 on Blistering
1-0 on Steppes
1-0 on Jungle
0-1 on Scrap Station
3-5 on Lost Temple

well, Delta Quadrant is one of the map i hate the most....in tvt its endless -.- but dno why i can get a 6-0 on it, lol....well.......its a terran favored map in TvZ...

i hate scrap, just like all terrans i guess, u cant have 3 bases without having a base exposed to harassment...

i hate blistering the most. most retarded map ever.

and im kinda sad about my lost temple statistic because i feel quite comfy on it....my favorite is xel naga cavern. i guess most of us will agree that xel naga is one of the most balanced map created by blizzard, maybe the super exposed natural is abit hard for zerg but still the paths are reasonably big for zerg flanks.

a protoss hate blistering sand....owh wai.......

meta close spawn is just as bad as steppes IMO. if opponent zerg is just around my skill level, its an autowin for 2 rax play..

i didnt veto any map on my ladder so that i cn train on all bt cldnt d9 the fact i hate blistering jungle basin agnst protoss, hate delta quadrant in tvt, hate scrap station against zerg.

But overall i still think dat current map pool favors terran alot... Wol is for terran i guess

what is inca cheese? till now i think the most imba cheese i ever counter is the 3 pylon block behind mineral line then cannon up. if you dont follow the probe from the second the probe get into the base, its a gg for protoss, half a gg for terran (float base away)

x = mineral patch, - = outline of base, o = pylon, C = cannon. u trap the probe inside enemy mineral line with 2-3 pylon and build 1-2 cannon behind his mineral line.

you proxy pylon at metalopolis's natural, then cannon up in the base. metalopolis's natural map placement if you still remember, the mineral line is very near to the edge of that base.

this lava map is going to be awful for ZvT.......siege tanks can siege behind the rocks....

shakuras back door all over again.

this map feels like backwater gutch to me...
