which is the preferred kernel for Rev 2.0.11 please?
and has the recommended radio for Rev .11 caused any problems or is it ok to use?

Haiseh! I was getting all ready to flash Rev .11 but now you've made me change my mind. Perhaps I'll hold off for now - see now the new Leedroid works out for those flashing it.

Question, do I have to run One Click Radio S-Off Tool or or must downgrade first? One CLick Radio S-Off tool says "It will not work on 1.72.405.3 or higher build, or new radio. Downgrade first!!"

have you installed any new apps since the flash of revoHD?
perhaps some app you installed is not fully compatible - if so maybe uninstall.
or is GPS running?
