hi monza mind to teach how to flash the cwm 3 in fastboot?

i just flashed the CWM through ROM manager..Easier way to go..
Just use radio flashing through fast boot..

wats ROM, tested fail

already tested this too fail i is sad

With that no need to boot to fastboot, just replace the rom.zip with your own rom.zip (the one with CWM3 recovery img...should be ok

main culprit was "android system" itself running at > 60%. but found a solution when browsing thru leedroid forum. for those having the same problem, just reflash the leedroid rom ON TOP of your current existing leedroid rom.

oHH..i thought it will do with a CWM3..fast boot not so tough but..
can use android flasher 1.6.1?..just used it for replacing my splash screen..

Never tried with flasher though but i think can ...

SGS already has froyo - but the lag bug is still there unless u apply lagfix / flash rom.

i cant find the rom.zip that ts provide... any way i use fastboot command it seems done but is there a way i success in cm3 flash? i read at xda forum it say the word will change to orange colour is it rite? is there a way to confirm it?

Well, its orange color and you can see the version at the upper display there...should be :

ClockWorkMod v.3.0.0.5

as for CWM2, you'll get v2.x.x.x

If I want to install a new ROM, must i perform a clean data wipe?
Can I just install the new ROM upon the old ROM?

It is recommended to do a full-wipe, we dun wan any conflict occur if you flashed it on top the current one but can be done (i flashed LeeDroid without full wipe on top of RevoHD )

sry monza 84 is there a way u can share the rom zip? i still confuse if i in cwm3 or not... now i check at rom still display me is cwm 2..

Added on February 6, 2011, 11:54 amOne more thing that you need to know about CMW3, it still got problem integrated with ROM Manager, so you need to reboot like normal (dun use the ROM Manager reboot recovery option)...
