Try go out to an open area (outside of building, maybe open field / in car at highway) and try again.

You don't need ENG S-Off if you just wanna flash CWM recovery... but you will need ENG S-Off if you wanna use "fastboot" command... Doing both also can...

Added on February 18, 2011, 11:44 amBtw... Anyone tried MapQuest already..?

Yes, as advised by the ROM creator. It's mainly for better performance & battery usage. Otherwise if you think you can live with it, then it would be optional as radio flashing can risk bricking ur DHD...

Radio affects the cellular reception and battery use of the phone, if after flashing the new ROM and you find both aspects just fine, there's no need to flash another radio. smile.gif

Ask in a DHD thread and they will go DHD FTW,
Ask in a Torch thread and they will go Torch FTW,
Ask in a iPhone thread and they will go both EWW. ph34r.gif

Okok, honestly, if you don't use the Torch's BIS service and the hardware keyboard, then get the DHD. smile.gif For multimedia uses the DHD is much better in that aspect.
