guys, if i fully formatted my memory card >> copy leedroid 2.0.0 and flash, then reboot, will it caused any problem since my memory card is free of any files before flashing?

i have a question what happens when u flash lee droid's rom and realized that u have not done the ENG s-off...what should i do next i have to change the radio but tool is not allowing me to...btwis ENG s-off and s-off simlock the same?
