since u connected ur astro to TV via HDMI... meanings that astro's audio carried into TV... what u need to do is carry the audio from TV to your samsung...
check your rear of your TV, there have "Audio Out" (should be RCA) of your Sony and connect to "AUX In Jack" of your samsung (should be RCA)...
so just get any "RCA to RCA" cable will do... but dont expect good audio quality provided from TV since audio from astro filtered by TV...

Anyway my Samsung AV receiver only have 1 HDMI port and that i think is HDMI out, that is why i'm using component cable to connect to tv since my tv only have two (1 for ps3 and 1 for astro). The HDMI out at my AV receiver is not being used currently.

that is the problem for common HTS doesnt come with HDMI IN...
so i guess the only choices is connect ur TV and HT via RCA-RCA cable since your samsung only can support 2 audio input (optical & RCA)... but dont expect much about the quality...
if u want good audio quality from astro, then is time for u to get proper AV receiver such as pioneer VSX-520 or onkyo HT-S3300

Added on February 14, 2011, 4:49 pmGuys, I've connected the RCA cable from TV to HT systems AV receiver. When i select AUX mode, the sound comes out from the HT systems when i watch Astro. But now how do i want to hear Dolby surround from Astro Beyound which i can select the setting at the menu but obviously no sound will comes out from my HT systems since i'm using the RCA cable. AUX (stereo) is analog signal, dolby is digital signal... unless ur TV have the capabilities to downmix from 5.1/7.1 to stereo then different sotry...

You can connect audio out RCA from byond box to aux in HT. No need to connect from TV. Once you select Aux mode, you can choose Dolby Pro Logic II to create virtual surround Byond deliver DD via HDMI & digital coax but your HT doesn't have either input.

Thanks bro for the feedback but i've already try that. Currently the RCA is from TV son when i want to listen Astro sound, just need to change to AUX and i can play around with the options for (MATRIX, PROLOGIC II, MUSIC....). But i want use the Astro Beyond setting to change to Dolby Surrond Sound. Maybe i can connect the HDMI from TV to HT systems.
