Most Brokers practise First In First Out,but also can request for Last in First Out if the client so desires.

In Shoduken's case,his Remisier must have taken the initiative to request for LIFO to save him the commission(Daytrade cheaper then overnight trade).unless this broker have a different system.

In any case,can be solved by asking for a reversal of the contra and opt for FIFO.Bear in mind that you will pay higher commission then.
