Hey to all the sifus here, got a question here, let say if i buy stocks based on election theme, should I off load al my stocks once announcement is made, or after the polling date? Or somewhere in between?

I know my question here is a bit ambiguous, but would like to hear your opinions here.

Thanks in advance!

Was surprised to see Dialog up 5% in a morning. Its share price has been quite resilient so far. It has doubled up since September last year. Hmm... think about having your investment doubled in just five months...  drool.gif I reckon it's going to swing to RM2.8 soon.
*
Strong resistance at 2.3... I have sold all my dialog.

You still keeping dialog? Good luck!

Some research house has TP of 2.8

QUOTE(sharesa @ Feb 20 2011, 02:13 PM)
keeping definitely, but it's time for me to set a target price to sell, otherwise it will be just moving up and down in that range 3.40-3.90 which does not benefit the portfolio. hmm.gif
4.20-4.5 I presume. hmm.gif ,  or maybe will follow you biggrin.gif
*
Haha... I should be the one to follow you!

Research house's TP ranges from 3.85 to 4.5... Anything > 4.0 is good for me smile.gif

Sapcrest is one of the potential bidders for Petronas marginal oil field contract... which is expected to announce in April.

When you sell, please make a call here... if you remember, haha notworthy.gif

The only doubt I have for DRB is that EPF is disposing its stake hmm.gif

Me too, been accumulating until abp at 2.05 (since 1.9x) now after last time sold all at only 1.44 (which bought lowest at 1.07 with abp 1.28).  doh.gif
Last friday up around 5%, may wait for it to consolidate a little before continue to accumulate more. I guess next week is still on consolidating mood in overall market as regional market still at mix as it has been local funds who support the index instead of FF coming back in recently rebound. I am guessing (cherroy must say "i don't like guessing!" again.  tongue.gif ) only mid or end of march only the market will have a chance to rebound strong....i do think it will rebound strongly because I am quite optimistic on world economy now in the sense of mid to long term.  icon_rolleyes.gif

What is your view on EPF selling? wink.gif
