Wait a while.
AMD Brazos is coming.
It serves better performance and consumes lower power compared to Atom.

Aww man! just saw this review after reading ur post
Asrock E-350 Mobo Review

QUOTE
The company clearly looks to be going after Intel’s Atom processor. It’s an easy target, given its “good-enough” approach to computing. And indeed, the Brazos platform decimates Atom in single-threaded apps, still manages to beat it decisively in more parallelized programs, and embarrasses it in anything having to do with graphics.

now I want to want this mobo instead! biggrin.gif

Initially I was thinking of getting the Asus AT3IONT-I with the N330 Atom since it had 4x SATA ports but then decided to compromise with the AT5IONT-I. Now this Asrock mobo comes along with better computing power then the D525, better GPU power then the Next-Gen Ion and with 4x SATA.

Do you think I will be able to remove the fan powered heat sink and put my own passive cooler?
