Suggest u to call them at office hour 2mrw/thursday, asking the call to be directed to rsvn dept. The booking status is showing confirmed from my end, as the confirmation itinerary had been sent to ur email previously. When calling them, you need to provide name, check in date and check out. You can also advise that this is a agent booking as per itinerary. Thanks.
