sprain ankle where got few days... few days pain may gone when u are not going to stress it, but if u stress it, it will come back one. need 1-2weeks to totally recover, or maybe more if it is serious. if u give stress to it and it will keep recurring, best is to let it recover fully only play.

did u went to some sifu to help with ur ankle? I am having some long term shoulder pain, hope to find some around setapak.
