Last Sunday i noticed a guy distributed a tournament form at JJB, tournament will be held in Gombak. Pair closed and singles are open.

My friend's club are organizing tournament which will be held 2 weeks from now i guess. If u want to join, PM me.

did u went to some sifu to help with ur ankle? I am having some long term shoulder pain, hope to find some around setapak.

At first I plan to but seem to be a bit too serious to get a sifu
btw if got recommended1 then maybe will consider about it :/
