03:55 received by SHAH ALAM,MALAYSIA

As above,the seller send the item at 21:19 yesterday,I thought it's directly send to KOTA KINABALU,how come it's stuck on SHAH ALAM?

This morning called to my nearest branch

1st call: A female answer my phone and i ask her about this postage tracking, she answer me har?that ar? then while she going to end the call,heard she say malas niii [WTH,first time get this respond]

2nd call : A male answer my phone and i ask for the same thing,he answer " Aiya ini ar,memang belum sampai lar,awal lagi bha" then i said when the thing will arrive my place He answer me "itu kapal terbang delay bha,tunggu la" then i ask another time again so delay until what time. He answered "afternoon ini lar" then straight end up my call.

really feel frustrated on this kind of service.Tomorrow is SUNDAY so maybe i need to wait until MONDAY just get my stock?

I'm not really care about to wait,I'm just worry about my thing is damage or lost.

hope you guys can advise me,first time going for courier service TQ

why do u use citylink?

next time, just use poslaju

the seller just do with citylink and told me that poslaju not reliable and risky.. :S

I wonder my item is okay with citylink? scared of damage :S

It would had been convenient if you had chosen Pos Laju
