No. PVC are soft by nature, and given the environment of Malaysia, it will bend regardless of what you do, unless you live in a fully 24/7 air conditioned room.

To fix it, use blue tacks, stick that biatch horizontally with inward bent part facing up, then wait a week/month.

i think i figured out where to put it while i was trying to take photos.
btw, it wasnt suppose to go under the skirt as it would overshot the skirt and the 'hook' woould not touch anything.

and there wasnt any 'hole' that i could stick it in as either

this was my conclusion(i think) holding the hair
