I think they'd still hold after some years, knowing that Japanese people aren't really into action figures :/

Oh, and the figures aren't exactly small. I think they're about as tall as the Revoltech figures (if not taller).

edit: I think they're slightly larger than the Revoltech figurines. Dengeki Hobby Mag showed its scale compared to the infamous Yotsuba figurine (which is around 5cm tall), and they're around 3~4 times Yotsuba's height. And I think the new pair of figurines looked crappy compared to the angel/devil pair. The whole HUEG PAWS ZOMG thing left a bad taste for me.

and it seems that all the future Busou Shiki figurines would come out in pairs, with opposite themes, like this third set: Eastern samurai vs Western knight, and from the looks of it, each set would be sculpted/designed by completely different artists/sculptors?

Konami's booth for Busou Shiki figurines in TGS2006, showcases the colored 3rd series prototype (I do hope they're prototypes, their faces are hideous). It's still a mystery though, as to why they're charging only 1.5k yen for the EX bunny figurine, packaged in a box half the size of the previous figurines, but still look as large as the previous ones.

I found out that there's fake (not sure) on the play arts squall and rinoa final fantasy 8 sets. 2 for RM. I thought one figure ord is bout that price...but for 2 = RM??? How to differentiate between fakes or nt??? Seems like the box is the same oso.
