A pay deposit Rm100 for a psp2k to B on 24th-january, Full Price is Rm600
so the second day i ask him, when wan to take the stock, The A didnt reply me,
third day, reply me says will ask sum1 to cod with me, but didnt notice when to cod...
so i ask him again, when will ur fren wan cod with me, he says after cny we will talk this....
so, i sms him again says i need urgent money on cny as i mention before he bankin to me,
he says no idea, bcoz the fren only free after cny...
damn...
at 1st we deal with postage, so i say we juz use postage, he also dun wan...
so can i burn the deposit or wat should i do?

Here's my advise, if you really need to sell something urgent and for your case there's an interested buyer who have already paid a deposit but somehow is delaying the full payment and collection, best is if you refund back his deposit and find another buyer.

Of course do let him know in advance that you need to sell it urgent and therefore you are refunding his deposit to find another buyer.

Or another solution is to ask him to make the payment in full then you don't have to worry so much, then it is up to him whenever he want to collect the item/product.

try to SMS/PM him/her again~

but he is not replying my sms, he didnt online after bank in to me,
