Hi, when I bought my Ultra Slider case from exportprive.com, the ultra crystal screen protector DOESN'T have the protective layer to peel off....might be the same in your case.

However, when I buy the Ultra Oleophobic SP last time, the protective layer is blue in colour and has a little sticker protruding out so it was very easy to peel off....

Anyone experience this?

When a call came, I had to swipe to the right a few times before able to take a call...then the speaker mode automatically switch on, and cannot turn off....

Weird? Not sure it is the ROM or Kernel?


Another weird thing I encountered 2 days ago, i tap on the Camera shortcut button on Homescreen but nothing happen....so embarassing coz I was asked to take a photo and when I whipped out my SGS, the camera did not function...I had to reboot the phone then it was okay again???

Any of you faces this kind of random bugs?

I think SGS 2 will be priced the same as SGS when it was first launched....most likely Maxis will have the exclusive rights for the first few months...again

If they price too high, they can't compete with the rest...



BTW, I flashed to MIUI for a few minutes and now back to Doc's ROM XWJS5

I forgot to change the language when starting, so ended up all the menu is in Chinese...and I don't know how to read...haha...

Actually, the main reason I flash is to look see look see only...it is not fully functional yet....cannot detect SD card and no 3G data connection....

I kept getting Force Close for the Gingerbread Keyboard. I have to delete the GBkeyboard.apk. Now using Swype.

Anyone know how to get the Gingerbread keyboard apk for XWJS5?

The latest Doc's ROM XWJS5 has a wallpaper that looks like a multi-coloured curtain.

Anyone knows where this image file is kept?

Let's say after trying out different wallpaper and I would like to use back the multi-coloured curtain wallpaper, where do I find the Image file?

I tried looking under system/app...don't have. Under Media folder...don't have???

To post picture, while you are at the thread reply page, look for the Browse button at the bottom. Click on it and select the file you want to add. Then click on the Add This Attachment button.

Then just finish your reply and click Add Reply button.

1) 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash
2) Front camera is 2 Megapixel.
3) 1 Gig Internal RAM
4) Matt back cover casing (will not be a fingerprint magnet I think).
5) Not sure if it is 1080p HD recording?
6) Bigger capacity 1650mah battery.
