Gps aids application really mind blowing,  gps lock instantly with accuracy 10-15m,    every SGS owner  should download this application!!

if you view previous page, u'll see the same question asked by me.. hehe..
it's easy.. after you've intall GPS Aids into your SGS.. then open it.. no need to config anything..
in it main page.. you'll see "Native Methods" and "Brute force".. press the "Download GPS Aids".. then it will dload something and after it say it finished downloading.. then just back to your homescreen.. and start use your GPS.. PAPAGO or else..

if not mistaken.. once only.. but if it seems not working.. just redo the click the "Download GPS Aids" button inside GPS Aids apps.. (not download again from market )

i'm sick to get my sgs to work with kies 2 on my win xp machine.
what has been done so far:
1. install the driver (as in first page)
2. delete long extension filename name
3. install .net framework 4
4. install windows media player 11
5. set to twlauncer on every connection

still kies 2 give error phone not supported.

no problem with win7. bad bad samsung...

If jujx is around, he would hv told u to throw away kies in garbage bin. ;-)
Around here very few ppl actually use kies- just 'kiss' it goodbye n be done wth it n u would hv less headache, heartache, etc. ;-p

n i got these two files:
MODEM_I9000DXJPA.tar
CODE_I9000DXJPA.tar

which one should i slot into the PDA/Phone/CSC?

and which pit to use? 512 or 803?

i need some help !!! my friend SGS DIED !! he try to upgrade froyo 2.2 last night ( his set is SINGTEL ) but not work. so his friend 'crack' it and try upgrade again. after that his SGS cant activation. the screen just show ' SGT-I9000 '. anyone face some problem before ?? thx ....

spb mobile keep asking to activate when i press the back button..anyone experience this?

BTW, I DO need recommendation for battery with extended capacity. from what I gathered, Momax EXPOWER 2700 mAh is quite good. add just a little thickness (about 15 mm) and weight (147g). battery life reported was kinda off the chart; light usage: 4+ days, heavy usage: 2 days minimum. someone from this thread said it's sold for RM80, but I only managed to find one LYN trader who sell it for RM100 but need to wait as stock isn't available (have to pre-order every Saturday). does anyone know any other LYN trader(s) that have ready-stock of this battery? or better yet, give me other suggestion for great extended batteries which doesn't add much to the thickness.

recently saw a post in lyn selling 3500mha capacity at RM90 ...
