AFAIK, if my item arrive from overseas and got stuck in Kuching, I would have to go to Kuching Pos Office in Padungan to get the item cleared from Customs instead of going all the way to KLIA in Peninsular.

How about Johor Bahru? Lets say my item got stuck at the customs, where will the item get stuck at? KLIA or some Pos Office in Johor Bahru?

Also, where can I get the list of maximum price limit to avoid tax in customs?

I think JB must have a kastam office for the southern region.
Impossible at KL because that's quite far away.
And also stuff coming in through road / sea via singapore so should got a kastam office over there.
