IMPORTANT! (T&C) All customers must read before deals are made
* Nothing serious, just some precautions to avoid confused customers.
- You will NOT get any retail box copies as Steam only provides DIGITAL copies.
- I accept bank transfers or bank-ins only.
- Service charge of RM5 is fixed.
- Please state the e-mail address used for your Steam account to avoid games being sent to the wrong address. Any wrong email address provided before/during transaction by customers must be corrected quickly before the game gets sent to the wrong email address or the customer must bear the consequences.
- Games will be sent only AFTER I receive the money.
- I will NOT be responsible for customers who forget his/her password to their email account during retrieval of the game.
- The game will not be sent if the customer does not complete transfer of the total amount agreed upon.
- Bear in mind that not all Steam games are available in Malaysia. If you're not able to get a price from the Steam client, the game is not available here.
- Region locked games may or may not be available. Please make enquiries via PM or e-mail.
- During free play periods, some game cannot be activated, customers must wait till the free play period over before activating.
- Please refer to Steam for system requirements. No refund if your system can't run/handle the game.
- Take notice of the time during promotions. Orders usually expire at 1am local time (Malaysia) and it is best that you make your enquiries or deposits well before.
- DO NOT access/login to another Steam ID during game retrieval from your e-mail.
- This service is only available for Malaysian Residents.
- Upon dealing with me, you agree and understand the Terms & Conditions.
