Psvita vs ios games? Touch screen games cant really compete with portable games with buttons..
Ios games looks superior right now because the current portable games is using older technology. (psp=2004 tech iinm).

QUOTE(terryfu @ Aug 8 2011, 05:50 PM) I think not just that. They have tapped into the casual gaming crowd where else PSP still reserve for hard core gamers. Even when Sony try to introduce the Minis, (with this objective in mind) they still can't penetrate this gaming crowd where IOS and Android is attacking. Core target - Casual games for casual gamers Secondary target - Hardcore games of yesteryear to not only show off the device capability but also allow them to market the product as a gaming device. To the casual observer they just think that they have a superior product that can do so many different things but to the more serious gamers, it would not appeal so much especially for those who wants buttons. i don't think sony is too greedy to grab both casual and hardcore gamers with betting on a single device (vita). with the power-packed gadget (vita), they should make it more affordable and turn those casual gamers into hardcore gamers.. heck, even those other badwagon portable gamers could also jump-in to vita bandwagon..
