Not sure how the hard pouch protect but i think work same as the Hori Tough Pouch I ordered from Yesasia.

I think the item arrived at my home now.

Will try to check it out once i return home tomorrow evening, currently outstation and PS Vita yet to update, lol ...

Beside, I also ordered the Hori Crystal Case from Play-asia but till now, they still haven't restock my item.
However, they separate my order and deliver those in stock one even I choose to use Fedex 

Hope they also fedex me my last item, too

But the process of applying the SP is not as good as Red and Blue.
You gonna apply from left side (Keypad and left analog) first. After that peel from left screen onward to right side.
I like the red and blue one which middle and side by side.
So the middle gap is fat enough for the analog? From official site, it mention that this pouch can combine with either TPU or crystal case.
Blue looks nice 
I ordered black one.

I ordered using fedex on Saturday:

TPU case (red) - in stock
Crystal Case without front screen (blue)- 5 to 15 days

But I was thinking that might only received after they restock the crystal case.
However yesterday I checked back, they ship to me separately  and is fedex somemore 

Hopefully can receive tomorrow as I'm in Sarawak area, normally took 3 days from Hong Kong from pass experience.
