have you tried gaming over 3g? what games?

I think is base on game, some game support 3G online. some does not.

ok already. Phew... Pushing on/off button until the ps home button turn off the blue light. Terrible psvita. Sony should gave us 2 button. On and Off. Also let us pull the battery. Much more convenience... For me. Cipan betul  .\/.

If got two button ON and OFF then I will fucuk sony kaw2, cause I maybe accidentally push the off button which will fucuk up the whole thing, u no see what's not coming then again u will complain about it,

    by the way already brought a Vita, damn nice one, I don't see any problem on the hardware and software it just that Sony should put moar video codec into it rather than gip normal codec like the PS3, but damn HD movie in Vita is nice too but then again 4GB is not enough need to wait for the release of 32GB

  But I really disappointed with sony about the OS that does not allow us to make a folder to arrange media file like PS3 and PSP, damn the file all scatter one not nice, they should update the firmware that allow us too create folder and arrange file then will be nice again

just realised i must turn off wifi in order to use 3G&GPS for near.

Hey bro, your talking about the PVs right? Available for download at the PS store? So far I've only downloaded a couple PV videos of games from the JP store and they all play fine. Will try out the video you mentioned just to see for myself later.   IF what you say is true then yeah, wtf sony.

The 'No SIM' error seems to be happening randomly, but it's known to be software problem. Have to wait for new firmware update. If you don't want to wait, you can open up your PS Vita, and disconnect power cable connecting the battery to motherboard and reconnect. The problem will be fixed.

I'm having the same problem also, but I think I'll just wait for firmware update.

I was tempted to open up my VITA. Only 8 screws to be open. The drain method should work, but I have to leave my Vita to discharge the battery electrons for 3-4 days or maybe more.

LoL.. ended up when booting up again in Feb, still NO SIM.

i still cant use near!! anyone are suggest to located?

Can't say we're surprised, but AT&T has confirmed to us that the PlayStation Vita 3G will indeed be carrier-locked. Only Ma Bell's SIM cards will work; inserting a SIM from T-Mobile or an international carrier will not work. We spoke earlier with Glenn Lurie, AT&T's Embedded Device President, who estimated that the company first received Vita units for testing around four or five months ago and worked closely with Sony even before that on the 3G modules and connectivity rules in the SDK, which helps expedite certification and avoid apps that could potentially harm the network.
