I use TV speaker only, haha.. I don't own any HT.
But it is high treble, I prefer bass... I know Hindi film more treble, I compare with another two BD title, this one in certain scenes is OMG! high pitch!
Oh! ok, hope one day Tamil version will be out in BD.
You may need to lower the surround left & right channels by approx. '4 db', before you start the movie.
In Indian cinema whether Bollywood or Hollywood, you wouldn't miss the huge thunderous soundtracks. Its a heavy usage of sounds effects at each frame. Yes, Ghajini has no DNR applied, EE not present and the lossless DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio track is also top notch (Thanks to Mr Chandna from Digital Entertainment). Nothing short of romance , stunts , emotion.
Aamir Khan is well known for his great acting talents, certainly 2nd after Kamal Hassan. For your information, the Tamil version is much punchy compared to Hindi in terms of Audio. Since it was only released on DVD, no comments on the PQ tho..
