What do mean by this? Do we have 2 options here?
Option 1
- we return back the damaged item and the reverse the credit card charge?
Option 2
- we order a few other titles amounting to EUR 30,18.?

DISTRICT 9 STEELBOOK is still avilable in AMZ DE, only $ increase,
brother samurai, if u only plan to buy very few items & u really crazy for DISTRICT 9, check out brother wind sales, $ reasonable & he really care in packing & good service, i got my 300 steelbook from him.
2012 STEELBOOK is on sales now.
just place my order for AMZ DE as they are very responsible in replacing our damaged disc withoy charges, so give them 1 more chance b4 i decided to block them from my vendor list.
