Have you guys tried SPB Mobile Shell? Looks quite good and improves the stock UI for the homescreen IMO.

can you guys take a look at the mechanical shutter inside the lens? the part just under the glass before the actual lens. is there a crack there or was it designed like that?

I'm on my third day of using SPB Shell. So far so good. Maybe coz I don't really multitask. Anyways, you can always shutdown the shell if you want to use intensive apps like games. For daily use, just switch the shell back on.

I could not get my Ovi Store to be updated to 2.04. It's supposed to be initiated during the store's start up right? But mine no prompt at all to update.
