Ya lah. NCC really incompetent one.

First send to them when phone mati, they say they'll update firmware.
2nd time when phone mati again, they go and update firmware.
3rd time mati they baru change new mobo.
Now still got problem they tell me to send to NCC again. I water fish meh...

that one is company dinner, the another DSLR is my colleague one...he also sifu as well, so i got what dunno one can ask him since he also use Nikon

for my dead n8 case it's simple show they're NOT putting any priority unless got some internal "upper hand" pushing them... i call them after 1 week waiting for their call (on Friday) then they say my MOBO will only arrive NEXT WEEK... then i get back to Radiance on the matter and about an hour later they say "sir ur phone are fixed..."

I think what NCC called as update software is reformat..their terms abit different and i know it cacat one.

fuyooo... soo many sifu class here liao... even night shot can panorama soo nice...
