Hi guys....i have been a silent reader all this while....i usually read all the posts and comments here, and i learned alot as well from u guys! I've posted a few times here, but that was few years back.... Hehehe....i've met some of u guys during a workshop...and i've registered myself for the coming convention as well! So i think i will be meeting u guys there as well...just wanted to ask abt the photo competition...its still on rite? Somehow the page seems slow to connect...is it my connection, or mmg is it slow? Guys, why when i upload pictures to the Sony contest page, my pictures are not appearing? Anyone facing the same problem? Or does it take time to appear?

Guys, talking abt A580....recently i was in langkawi and i walked in to a camera shop. Asked the person for A580 and she said got stock, but what shocked me, she said the price was RM2000 for body only!!! Boleh percaya ar? If only i had the money at that time ...if not i would have asked for more details, cause she asked, "mau angkat ka?"

I tried uploading a few photos already....5 or 6 actually...but still cant....i tried using a different browser still cant! The photos also will appear at the "Your submitted Photos" tab ryte?

Hahahaha...i wouldn't mind actually....but i cam back from langkawi rdy ....if anyone is gng there, u can pesan from them la!

I am using A200 as well....awesome camera! Never phailed me.... but need an upgrade soon, cause of demanding requirements of photography (alasan! )

I have the Tammy 17-50 as well...i would say its a good lens generally....but from my experience of using it, here is what i notice:

1) Its not sharp at F2.8
2) Its hunts for focus under low light sometimes even in normal light condition.
3) Color wise, its not as contrasty as a CZ or a G lens...so need to touch up in PP.
4) Bokeh is so so la...
5) Range is short, when u need it the most....
6) AF is noisy, but i don't care ler...
7) Its not so suitable for potraits ler...cause when i shoot lets say at 50mm, F4...the bokeh not so nice (like halfway thru... )....its ok though if u shoot at 50mm, F8 - F11...but i still feel the picture is abit soft.

I've been using it as my primary lens, since i only got that lens and the kitlens (18-70) which i dont use! Hahahaha....but if i have the finances, i would get the 50mm F1.4 (for potraits) and the 70-200mm F2.8 G for long range tele on a separate body (maybe an A850) so that it can complete the range. Tammy 17-50 on APSC is 25-70mm and 70-200mm on FF......hahahahaha.....i know abit ambitious...
I shoot events and weddings alot...that's why i choose the set up as the above....so anybody wanna sponsor me?

True, true...must work harder! I already have the cobra though....good shyte that cobra! Trust me...u would never see the flash the same way again.... ....trust me, when i shoot, i really feel the need of a tele lens....because many times i have encountered situation, where i cant move in close to subject or not enough time to get to the subject....
