am planning to get either a tab/mini laptop for my business.

any comments guys? since tab price is so low nowadays

but i scare carrying it around will be hassle for me as i'm opting to make it my primary after selling my S..

I usually just lurk around as most of the other members here are quite knowledgeable and are helpful too. Just that I tend to hang out more at XDA, and with regards to this kernel issue, I was slightly more involved... (just by being his testing guinea pig/giving feedback...) hence I thought I could help those in need.

That's what these forums/user-groups are for anyway, right?

I know he's uploading the newer kernels now... so, why don't you gander over later and reflash to 2.0.1?

Though basically the same thing, it'll help standardise things, whenever anyone needs to give support for issues...

i plan to get galaxy tab.....found it at mudah.my for 16gb only rm1.1k......i call the seller then she told me dat her shop is close for renovation...so she do only online trade..need some cash money to cover up the renovation....here the link..http://www.mudah.my/Samsung+galaxy+tab+very+new-8982713.htm ... affraid if this is scam...she  told she will give her personal acc not shop acc for transaction....

Samsung Galaxy S : This is the best and I always repeat it here in the forum - I brick it 3 times due to my experiments testing flashing rom ( beyond what the developer's instructions just to see result ). And in all 3 occasions , I sent in to Samsung Service Centre - they just flash back and I got it back 2-4 hours later and again is free all three times.

no choice..tis is Malaysia standard..not only penang..even kuching also the same..i call them ask abt battery problem.. they just keep saying issit i din charge properly...and i keep telling them it show 'full' already how to say not charge properly.. they really take me 3 yrs old and charging hp also duno .. sigh.. luckily after i did the hard reset of my tab tat time, it turn normal..save my trip and energy go there  i still prefer last time samsung's auth service centre..din even ask me anything directly ask me sent to them..then 2 days later post back to me.. but i think depend who the one handle the case only.. 

samsung tab ori samsung malaysia will drop to a fantastic price soon...RM15xx..wait for it next 2 weeks..from reliable source.

My bad for not making it clearly. Last few weekend when I was in Shah Alam it was working fine. That's the only place that digi 3g is working without problem for me. So far I've tested many places in Penang and all are same. So well, you are lucky if yours is working fine! You have better luck than I am.

Oh, fyi, Im talking about Tab ONLY. I didn't say its not working on other phone as well, did I? My same simcard at the same spot works very fine with my other smartphones and my iPhones too.

And if u still think I am making blanket statement, then just be it. But well if u read back the post, I am not the only one facing the problem. Or am I left in the dark that I am the only having problem? 

Only can use wifi to oonline.no call function too.
