Can the alarm ring when the phone is off? THe original alarm in the tab will not ring when the phone is off...

For data usage, there is 3G watchdog, but how about voice call? Got similar software to monitor how much minutes i call and reset every month? Don't want my phone bill goes sky rocket =p

Do you guy leave your tab naked or with something that cover the body like those diary type? I think tab is sleek when it is naked, after i install with momax case, it feels so thick. But if naked scare scratch =(
