I think what you are looking for is nfs client.
you can accessed the files in your pc via filesharing. Just share the particular folder as how u would for other pc to access these files. Then find an client app on Android to access these files. Personally, I'm using ESexplorer which is a local sdcard browser, ftp client and file sharing client. All you need to do is to navigate to the LAN tab, key in the IP of the pc (if u know) or scan the entire network for shared folders. Once its done, add it to your list and put in the credentials required to access those files.
Then, u can access those files on the pc as if it is on your tab. You can copy/paste & move files between the pc and tab as well and of course vice versa.
Ps: if you have the admin credentials of the pc that you want to access, u don't have to share a particular folder, u can access them via the default administrative share such as c$ , d$ ,e$ etc etc ..
